There is a Main Floor Suite with a king sized bed and has direct access to the back yard which features an Ocean view Spool (Spa/small pool) and Ping Pong Table. The Main floor also has a fully equipped office with a pull out sofa. Three more rooms are on the second floor connected by a cat walk with phenomenal Ocean views. Wake up to a full ocean view from your extra spacious primary suite with a seating area, fireplace and balcony facing the Ocean. The ensuite spa-like marble adorned bathroom features an ocean view shower. Two more rooms upstairs both en suite. One with two Twins sized beds and the other with a Queen sized bed and futon chair. There is an elevator from the garage serving both floors. For your convenience there are two LG wash towers. Towels and linens are provided. There is even a 6 seater golf cart to take down to the Private beach

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Laguna Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Bedrooms are located on the 1st and 3rd floor.
- Stairs are required to access all levels areas of the home including entry.
- Noise from adjacent/nearby construction can occasionally be heard.
- You are provided 2 Parking Spots in the two-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended.
- Fireplace/Firepit must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
