Our home has no shared walls, is completely private, and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc), fireplace, outdoor fire-pit, and dining area, with in-home Laundry.

For those of you seeking daytime fun, the pier in Huntington Beach is less than a mile away and only minutes by foot along our scenic beach walking path. With an abundance of restaurants/entertainment and shops, you can spend days enjoying our local downtown area experiencing all that Surf City USA has to offer! For those looking to explore a little further, Newport Beach is only 4 miles down Pacific Coast Hwy with its adjacent scenic coastal bike path and Catalina Island Views, Highly Recommended.
Optional, If interested the homeowner will provide a 2-seat Ford golf cart for for a minimal additional fee. Driver must have valid Driver license and Insurance.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later-than-advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1 pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.

- Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
- Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a fixed rate of $399 each for up to 7 nights. Max 3 units per house.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected.
-The washer and Dryer are located inside our property.
- (2) Garage Parking Spots Provided in a 2-car garage. +1 Covered Parking Space
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay.
