- Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this home is ideal for more subdued groups. Loud parties and excessive noise are not permitted. Strict noise, occupancy, and party policies are enforced, with violations leading to forfeiture of deposits and/or eviction.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- Parking availability is extremely limited. The property includes TWO garage parking space (up mid sized SUV's or trucks. Longer SUV's and trucks may not fit). There is additional parking available within a 1/2 mile radius from nearby public parking lots or street parking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 30 years old.
